Toronto/London

To finish off the trip, I made one last run to Toronto and London so I could take advantage of the last week my bus pass was still valid. I arrived in Toronto on Thursday evening. I hung out at the home of Ten Thousand Creatures (Drew/Andrew, and band mates -- all lovely people) Friday was spent shopping and then I met up with Tara that evening. We had a few drinks and then I went to stay with Seanna so the three of us could meet up to go to the zoo the next day. It was an amazing trip. We saw all kinds of animals and enjoyed the time together. That evening was spent at a show Ten Thousand Creatures was playing at. It was a great show and I got to see J-Bo, Jamie Lisle and Dan Blank! Weeirrdd! It was amazing to see them again. Sunday morning I took off to London to stay with Dave Meech and his cousin Josh. Dave met me at the bus station and we bumped into Jon Jerome a block away. It was great to see them. Jon and I got groceries and cooked dinner at Dave's. While Dave/Josh were at work, Jon and I stayed up and listened to Jamie's radio broadcast. Pretty sweet.. I got slammed twice on live radio -- can't say that's ever happened before...jJJJJjjjeeerrrrkkkk. It was a really nice evening and it was great to spend some time with Jon. I'm only sad that I was so tired and probably made little to no sense when I spoke. I remember trying hard to fight the urge to fall asleep, and just spending all night making comments about it -- as sarah would say, I'm a muppet.
