To my Nate..

Some time ago, I was involved in an unofficial version of the Amazing Race... The rules? We were in guy/girl teams of two.. there were 6 teams. We had a full day to get from the middle of England to a camping barn in northern England.. It was a 3 hour drive to keswick and then a trip around some foothills from there -- on a one-lane road through the middle of a field.. We could get there by any means except that we were not allowed to pay ANYTHING for a ride.. My buddy was Nate, and I must say it was the most fun I had in England.. The two of us hitch-hiked to keswick and met up with the other 5 teams, and then we all traveled to the barn together. It was a weekend to remember.. Anyway, I was thinking about that experience today and felt like sharing it.

SO, to my travel buddy, Nate... a tribute to our team: The Janitors of Anarchy (formerly known as the Custodians of Chaos)

CHEERS, DARLING-ONE!!

You recycled a team name? I'm hurt! Even if we never ran the eco-challenge, it still stings to the core.

haha actually, we officially ran as team discovery channel... which, in itself was a recycled team name.. The janitors of anarchy was on our list of suggestions that didn't make it, but in our hearts was always the funniest..

so in conclusion, if we'd run the eco, we would have been using a name that was never before used... I thought it was hilarious and eco with you was an occasion worthy of pulling the name from my memory bank.

I remeber praying for all of you that weekend thinking for sure something bad was going to happen. I mean you let kaylie and ben have a whole team to themselves. They could have killed each other.
Glad you have found memeories of england.
I have many from spring school myself
