Sushi Sushi, Yum Yum! (Take II)

I woke up thismorning after 5 hours of sleep and decided that tonight for dinner I'm going to make sushi for the first time. Joe and I *love* sushi. My roommate used to make it and she left me her rolling mat and some rice vinegar so all I need are the seaweed sheets (nori), rice and my fillings! I'm going to surprise Joe and we'll have a "sushi date" but without the expensive pricetag!! I'm going to play safe though and use mostly veggies. I might get some of that fake crab meat and make california rolls... Maybe some salmon. Either way, I'm just excited to get into the kitchen and start creating!
---------------------------------
I've been doing a bit of poking around the house and I can't get it off of my mind. I need to share why I only had 5 hours of sleep. To be honest: sheer excitement. I've been whisked along through my walk with God over the last 5 years that I've believed Jesus knows me and gave his life for me. Through it all I've managed to experience it as though I was looking through one of those frosted glass windows. God's will for my life has been so elusive... Until last night.

I don't have all of the answers yet, but all I know is that this morning the air feels different. My surroundings are more vibrant-- there are more vivid lines. I'm waking up. I can feel my artistic spirit being revived. I'm stepping into a dream that's becoming real.
